Blackstone Projects is led by Yasir Shaikh, who has more than 24 years experience in the construction industry. Professionally qualified as a Chartered Structural Engineer, Yasir has extensive experience in various sectors having worked and led teams on numerous high-profile residential and commercial projects.​

 

In 2001 he founded a design consultancy and project management business, primarily focusing on residential & mixed use projects for developers and homeowners. Having developed a keen eye for design, an in-depth knowledge of the project planning and design process and successfully managing design teams and sub-contractors in delivering large scale developments; the natural progression was to establish Blackstone Projects in 2011.​

 

We specialise in new build developments and high-end refurbishments with the expertise to plan, design and deliver bespoke projects.​
